My roommate will live in a fully furnished, private bedroom and have a private bathroom. It boasts marble walls, a new bathtub and shower and heated floors. The monthly rent is $1450 USD ($2000 CAD) all inclusive of utilities, WIFI, TV streaming, linens, even some toiletries and food. The room is available Nov. 3.
