The condominium is very quiet and clean.
There is a laundry on every floor.
There is a pool
I am looking for a mature person who is responsible and works.
A person who likes a calm,clean and quiet environment.
Pets are not accepted ( Condo rules)
No Smoking, Alcohol or Drugs permitted.
Deposit: $500
The tenth is monthly and you can live there for a long time as long as the house rules are not break.(Cleanliness,order and not noise)
