1 bedroom, shared bath, full use kitchen, driveway parking, washer/dryer in unit, pool access, utilities/WiFi included. We’re clean, quiet, respectful, get along well and are looking for the same in a new roommate. There is a required $20 background check fee which will be credited to first month’s rent if approved. I understand we all have a past so if the background check intimidates you because of a history, just talk to me and we should be able to work things out. $100 deposit is refundable at move out as long as nothing is damaged.
