High Rise Building (with elevator) 2 bedroom apartment. Only 2 people living in the apartment sharing the cost, each have their own private bedrooms. Building complex has coin/ laundry room on ground floor with 5 washers. 5 dryers on the main floor. it’s a somewhat Furnished living room and kitchen utensils is well stocked. There’s Plenty of room in here for 2 people living. It’s Walking distance to pioneer plaza and Conestoga college Doon campus. There is a parking space available if you’d like to pay extra for that. Male Searching for a male roomie (until I retire) then if you’d like you can take over the lease from the property owner/management (if you’d like) When I do retire you can take over the lease as I will leave and return to homeland.
