College student looking for room!

I’m a full time college student (work study) who is looking for a roommate or room to rent in southside Jax:) I like to be near my campus so I can go in person. I’m introverted and very chill, routine kinda woman and I’m very respectful of spaces, cleaning and noise levels. I’m goal oriented and focused on my studies, I’m not much of a chatter, and I tend to live in my own little bubble. I love animals and don’t mind if you have pets. I ask you smoke outside, and drinking is fine. Not picky on overnight guests, I would just like some communication beforehand.
