Hi, my name is Derek. I am a 32-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Atlanta. My budget is $700 and I would like to move in the beginning of October. Ideally in an area with walkable amenities. I can accommodate variable lease lengths or month by month. I will never have difficulty rent and always be on time.
