Working Professional + Small Dog

Hi, Im Chris! Im a 38-yearold working professional with a steady job and income. Im easygoing, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a friendly household where we can chat and get along while also respecting each others privacy and downtime. I like staying active, hitting the gym, going on morning runs, and doing pretty much anything outdoors. Im looking for a comfortable, stable place to come home to and considerate people to share it with. Joining me is my small, housetrained French bulldog, Monkey. Hes part of the package, so finding a home that welcomes us both is important. Hell need a secure yard with a dog door or similar setup so he can get outside and back indoors while Im at work. Im looking for a spacious room with kitchen and laundry access. A private bathroom would be ideal, but Im open to sharing for the right home and roommates. My budget is up to $1,500 per month including utilities. Anaheim and Fullerton are my first choices, but Im also open to Corona or Canyon Lake.
