🏠ROOMMATE WANTED 🏠 I currently rent a 2bd 2bth Apartment in Southside. The 2nd Bedroom is fully furnished with the basics. Apartment has a double balcony. Roommate would have access to balcony thru the bedroom. Current Lease expires in March 2027. 🐶 I HAVE A SMALL DOG. She is very friendly and very quiet 🐶 so you must be ok with a dog wandering around the common areas. Expectation is a respectful, mature, quiet, roommate. Rent for the room is $1000 a month and half the utilities. Electric, water, WiFi, it averages about $50-ish for you. Quick Bio Tid Bit: I work ALOT and get up at early hours.
