Parking in carport...The room comes with one twin bed, desk,chair,lamp,trunk. Huge closet.
You might reconfigure the room and furniture at your likings.
Laundry in building. This is a drama free, sunny quiet appt with a terrace and a balcony.
Nice, stable environment.
We are looking for a mature stable professionnal.6 months minimum.
8 minutes to downtown Santa Monica.25 minutes walk. 5 mn walk to Colorado center offices and Watergarden complex..
