Looking for New Roommate

Hi! I am a 31y0 female looking to rent out the master room with attached bathroom in a house I share with my current roommate who is looking to move in with her boyfriend. I mostly keep to myself and have no issues sharing communal spaces, and respect personal areas and boundaries. Very clean and neat person, and a good majority of my free time is spent playing games when I’m not at work. 3 bed 2 bath house with attached double car garage, looking to rent out the master bedroom with attached bathroom as current roommate is moving out with her bf. I’d keep the two small rooms as personal use. Prefer a long term roommate over short term. Plenty of living room space, a large kitchen and open floor plan for the dining, kitchen and living area. Washer and dryer are included as well as other appliances such as electric stove, fridge and built in microwave. Plus an electric fireplace for cozy movie nights. Master has 2 closets, double sink and a walk in shower with barn doors to close off the closet and bathroom area. I mostly just ask for contribution with joint chores and towards house bills, the basics really. 420 and pet friendly, if bringing a pet you’d need to cover the pet deposit and fees with the landlord separately. Rent total is 2200$, split in half 1100$ each. Bills come to about 600$ a month joint so 300$ each roughly (internet, garbage, water, electric and gas). Would ask for security deposit of 500$ as the current first, last and existing 1000$ security deposit is in my name alone. This is mostly just a precaution on my end so I’m not left high and dry. Landlord does require a background and credit check, but they’re pretty lenient. Text at if interested! 12$ a week to access is criminal
