Looking for Roommate for 4 Bedroom

Looking for a Housemate 🏡 I’m looking for a housemate, ideally 30+, who would like to team up and find a 4-5 bedroom house together with at least 2 bathrooms, so we can each have our own private bathroom and plenty of space. I listed $1,200 as the rent, but it could be either higher or lower depending on what we find, and I’m personally open to covering a larger portion of the rent depending on how we divide things up. For example, if we find a house with a one-car garage, I’d be willing to pay more of the rent to use the garage for my car. I’m a UX Designer, clean, responsible, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t smoke or vape, and I’m looking for someone who values having a clean, comfortable, peaceful home. I’ve lived without roommates for the past years and can afford to live on my own, but with rent prices being so high, I’d much rather share a nice house with the right person and save some money each month. I have two very friendly miniature dachshunds, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with dogs. I’m also completely open to a housemate having pets of their own.
