Hello, my name is Tracy i’m 39 years old with a 12 year old daughter and I’m on her to search for a roommate in a two bedroom duplex in Sunnyvale CA you will be having your own room to rent me and my daughter will be in one room together due to a divorce I choose to want to stay in my home i rent out for the past 6 years I work full time Monday - Friday. My daughter goes to school if we aren’t working or school we are usually home and we are very quiet and mellow just like to relax after a long day of work we have one bathroom that will be shared shared kitchen and living room with a garage in the back with a washer and dryer I am looking for a long term roommate to help out once again I’m just a single mom trying to save my home I been living in but can’t afford it on my own this spot will be available in October first,2026 I will be posting photos soon of the living space
