Hi everyone, I’m relocating out of PEI, and I’m hoping to find someone who can take over my apartment lease in Kensington starting around September 1. It’s a brand-new third-floor corner unit, very quiet, with beautiful views, lots of natural light, and balconies on two sides. Rent is $1,750/month.
