Private 10x12 bedroom available September 1st in a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath house in NE Portland, about two blocks from Williams and a short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, New Seasons, and Irving Park.
The house has plenty of shared space, including a living room, basement, garage, and spacious yard. The room is unfurnished and available for $916/month.
You'd be sharing the house with two working professionals. We both work full-time and enjoy being involved in Portland's community, arts, and public life.
We also have a very friendly orange cat, Artie, who lives in the house. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate any additional animals.
We're looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and interested in being part of a friendly shared household. We're happy to meet up, show you the space, and see if it's a good fit for everyone.
