Kind, tidy, pet-loving roomie

Moving back to LA in early October after spending the summer in Edinburgh, and looking for a private room or a flatmate situation to team up on a place with someone else. Budget is $1,000–1,200/month, ideally a short lease (6 months or less, month-to-month preferred). A bit about me: I work freelance in film/theatre and will also be job hunting locally once I'm back. I'm social but respectful of shared space, tidy, easy-going, and good about splitting chores fairly. Home a lot during the day since I work remotely often. Pet-friendly here — I occasionally dogsit for my family, and they're the definition of good boys/girls, so I love being around animals in general. All pets welcome as far as I'm concerned!
