Roommates needed!

No preference on gender. Preferably looking for other young professionals or graduate students, but open to anyone who would be a good fit for the home. I have an updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome located in the South Coast neighborhood of Santa Ana, with two bedrooms available. I plan to occupy one of the bedrooms. However, if someone is interested in the primary/master bedroom, I’m open to renting that room as well. The home is approximately 1,062 sq. ft. with a two-story layout. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, while the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are downstairs. About the Home:

* All utilities will be split equally by all three roommates.

Friends and guests are welcome! I just ask that everyone is respectful of the shared spaces and each other. I’d like to keep the home clean, comfortable, and relaxed. No loud get-togethers on weeknights, and good communication is important. Availability & Additional Details:
The rooms are expected to be available for move-in around mid-September. The unit should be available for in-person visits/tours by the end of August.
