The room shares a bathroom with only one other person. –Rent includes all core utilities– so there are no surprise bills, plus you get access to a fully-furnished shared kitchen, free in-unit laundry, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is also home to a large, friendly dog who is well-loved by all the current residents. He does bark sometimes when people arrive, and is kept controlled/separated as needed(sorry, no additional tenant pets allowed). The current residents are all friendly and cook often. We keep a clean and efficient house, must be tidy, respectful, and follow all house standards. We are offering a month-to-month lease to start, with the option to extend. Single occupancy only, and smoking or vaping is permitted outside only. Security deposit of one month rent due to secure the spot, first month’s rent due on move-in.
