Talk for me so no additional pets. Also it’s just a room for one individual person not for couples. We like to really keep private respected every each other’s privacy and property. It’s a fun group of us. There’s two roommates right now. One is leaving soon next month, but other than that, we just want the right fit. Somebody were very easy-going Work very long hours. Love food and we share at times. Clean respectful and honest would be a great fit! Rent includes utilities and WiFi. Please follow house rules about respecting utility usage and no partying or overnight guests. drugs and liquor over the limit. NO LEASE month to month.
