Looking for a housemate to share my 3br/2bath place just off Saunders Rd, a 10m1n drive / 25m1n bike ride from LaRC. Available November 2, 2026, earlier dates negotiable. Rent is $1,500/mo, with all utilities included. The available rooms are the main house primary bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bath, as well as office/guest room in a shared house. The rooms are minimally furnished, one full bed and a set of shelves. Fully shared spaces are the fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, gym, and hall bath. I'm open to sharing space in the garage and project space, but they tend to have my works-in-progress. Also, must be cool with hosting a big Halloween party if moving in before 11/2.
