Hey everyone! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease at Society 865 in Knoxville. It’s a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bed, 3 bath apartment, and rent is $1,029/month. You’ll be living with two really sweet junior girls—one is an Animal Science major and the other is Pre-Med. The complex has a ton of great amenities like a pool, gym, study spaces, coffee bar, clubhouse, and it’s super close to UT.
