Room for Rent in Beautiful 3,100 Sq. Ft. Home with Pool – All Utilities Included Private room available in a spacious, comfortable clean home with a pool and waterfall. The backyard is an oasis. Looking for a working professional who is quiet, clean, respectful, and looking for a peaceful place to call home. Fully furnished room, queen size bed, high-end pottery, barn, upholster, chair, and rug, end tables, lamps, full-size mirror, two full-size closets in room, and a shared, very clean full-size bathroom. Rent includes ALL utilities:

• Full access to shared common areas
• Pool access The home has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere, and I’m looking for someone who will be a good fit and treat the home as their own. House expectations:

• No indoor smoking

So no one with cats will be considered, but we have two very friendly amazing dogs. One is hypoallergenic, the other one is not. Bi-weekly cleaner for common spaces. References will be required. There are three women that live here on the 1/4 acre property, two inside the house, one in the private Casita in the back, so we are looking for another responsible female to fit in and join our good energy
