Community features include gated access, pool, gym, pickleball, and tennis courts. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and close to shops, restaurants, and major roads (15 minutes to Downtown Ft Myers).
Looking for a responsible young professional. No pets at this time. 3 Month Lease then Month to Month available.
