Hi everyone, we are landlord of multiple apartments at 423 N 40th St available for Sep 1 move-in. The building is 3 min walk to 42nd St Powelton Penn/Drexel bus station. 5 min walk to 40th St subway. 10 min walk to groceries. 18 min walk to Drexel/Penn central campus. Street parking. Rent is $515/month/bedroom for 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1st floor apartment, $615/month/bedroom for 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 2nd floor apartment, and $800/month/bedroom for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3rd floor apartment. WiFi and trash fees included in rent. Electricity and water will be shared with roommates in the same apartment (around $75 per month per person). All apartment units have central air and central heating, modern kitchen appliance (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and in-unit laundry. We take 4 month lease minimum. Thanks.
