Come and join our lovely house share in Mile End! We have a couple moving out in August/September, and we're looking for a couple to fill the room long term. £1500 pcm, deposit £865 each for couple. Private landlord requires full referencing, so may in some cases ask for a guarantor, although this was not required for us when we moved in. Bills approx £100pcm The house is a 5 minute walk from Mile End station on a quiet residential street. We're right by Mile End park, and a 5 minute bus from Victoria Park. It's a gorgeous furnished double room filled with natural light, and the house has a large communal kitchen and dining area, living room, outdoor patio and large cellar with storage space. I'm Jess (they/them), 25y/o musician from London, and my housemates are Sam (he/him), 27, working in publishing, and Grace (she/her), 25, studying social work. There is a step up to the front door and the bedroom room is upstairs, no lift. Get in touch for more info!
