Hi everyone! 🤍 I’m starting my search early for a private room or a clean apartment to share with a move-in around May 2027 or June 1, 2027. About me:
• 24-year-old female registered nurse
• Full-time healthcare professional
• Clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible
• Non-smoker
• Financially stable
• I work 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, three shifts a week, so I’m often at work. When I’m home, I value a clean, peaceful environment and usually spend my time resting or relaxing.
• Looking for a respectful, drama-free home with roommates who value cleanliness and open communication. Preferred Areas:
📍 Astoria (first choice)
📍 Long Island City
📍 Upper East Side
📍 Roosevelt Island
📍 Open to nearby neighborhoods with an easy commute to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center New York - Main Hospital What I’m Looking For:
✔️ Private bedroom
✔️ Female roommates preferred
✔️ Walking distance to public transportation
✔️ Laundry in the building or in-unit is a huge plus
