Looking for a 4th Female Roommate! 💕 We're looking for one female roommate to join our home starting 08/01! Rent: $775/month Deposit: Required upon move-in. 📍 Location: We live in Old Town Camarillo, within walking distance of the farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, and cute local shops. It's a safe, walkable neighborhood with a great community feel. A little about us: We're 3 girls—2 working professionals and 1 college student. We also have one furry roommate, a friendly pitbull mix, who's the only boy in the house. 🐶 Monthly shared expenses: Gas & electricity: approximately $65–80 per person Wi-Fi: about $15/month Household essentials (paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) are split as needed. Who we're looking for: Finding the right fit is really important to us. More than anything, we're looking for someone who is kind, respectful, considerate, and easy to get along with. We want to continue creating a peaceful, clean, and welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
