Roomates Needed to Rent Apartment

Finding a 1bd1ba/studio is impossible (at a reasonable price), so I'm looking for 2 roommates to split the cost of this 3bd2ba, which allows pets. (Apartment link at Bottom of Desc) The only downside is that there's no washer or dryer. About me: I'm 21M and have a cat, Benny. I work from 3-11pm, play games, watch TV, or learn game development until 5am. I have weekends off, but don't really go anywhere besides home and work. Crazy huh. All I ask is: 1. Clean up after yourself (Dishes, Trash)
2. Don't start petty bs or passive-aggressive crap. Just confront me if there's an issue. 3. Respect each other's belongs + animals. 4. Everything will be split 3 ways - (Rent, Power, Internet) + $1600 Security Deposit.
Bills Breakdown/month: (3 people)
Rent: 533, Power: 120, Internet: 40 (Sparklight 1g1g), Also, I don't care if you vape or Vape, smoke cigs outside though. (Link got Deleted)
