Hey guys!! I’m currently renting from air bnb for the last 8 months and I’ve made the decision that it’s time to try something else. I currently work two jobs in encino one full time one part time my total monthly income is between 3500 and 4000 a month I’m looking for a chill person in the area wanting to rent a room for a year atleast I’m 420 friendly I’m never home so I promise I won’t bother you I work between 60 and 70 hours a week typically pm me for more information please and thank you
