Hey all my name’s Alec and looking for a roommate to join me on a year long lease starting in August running in Lakeview. I’m 30 y/o and work hybrid in Advertising. I’m easy going, love sports, movies, beer, bourbon, hanging with friends, working out, and am 420 friendly. It’s a garden unit with tons of space, common space is pretty much entirely furnished, in building coin laundry, backyard access, 2 blocks from Belmont red/purple/brown line stop and 15 mins walking from Wrigley. Rent is $1,245 base with $50 for utilities, and split on WiFi and gas. It’s my 6th year here and have loved it. The location, space, and price can’t be beat.
