Looking for a Roommate/Room

Hi, I’m Tanner. I’m moving up to Folsom (from LA) to work as a Youth and Young Adults Director at a church in the area, and I plan to move-in in August. My budget is $1700, and I’d love to find a nice 2b2b apartment in the Folsom area that has a great gym, though I am flexible. A little more about me… I love Jesus. I’d hope to host occasional dinners and worship & prayer nights at our apartment, but I’d always check with you on scheduling to make sure we could use the space (open invitation to join as well:)). I also love making people coffee, so if you ever want good coffee in the morning, I got you! I play guitar, piano, and a little saxophone once in a blue moon. I love the outdoors and anything sports or music related. I also enjoy reading and board games. I’m pretty laid back, and I’d classify myself somewhere between an outgoing introvert and an ambivert.
