Hi! I am looking for someone to take over half of my lease on our North Park apartment ASAP. We are located in The Parq building on Kansas/Madison, walking distance to the heart of North Park and University Heights. The unit would be available at the end of July and the lease ends in January, at which time you can decide to leave or stay! The place: -$1,600/month or $1,750 with an off-street private parking spot
-Split SDGE, water, and trash (~$70/month)
-1 large bedroom with on-suite bathroom and walk in closet
-Living area is fully furnished but there is room if you have some smaller living furniture -First floor corner unit with minimal shared walls
-Quiet, safe building
-Pool
-Gated access
-No AC, but it's not necessary. There's a great breeze and only direct sun in the evenings. -Well behaved dogs/cats ok -Single tenant only -Parking negotiable (otherwise street parking isn't terrible) You would be living with my wonderful roommate and best friend Gail. Gail is a 36 year old bartender who is fun, friendly, and considerate. She works evenings and weekends, doesn't have people over often, and keeps the place clean and presentable.
