Room features a walk in closet, a private bathroom with bathtub, kitchen access and storage. INCLUDES: in-unit shared laundry, furnished shared space, AC/Heating though insulation is really good in this house. Netflix, HBO, and Hulu (in the living room), plenty of parking, beautiful views, plus access to large backyard *** MUST LOVE ANIMALS- there are 2 dogs and 1 cat living here. We also have chickens, a duck and a rabbit (We love animals, but would prefer not to host more at this time) cameras on, for security. Quiet, low traffic location.
