This is a clean furnished room with dedicated bathroom and shower. Balcony access from the room. Kitchen is shared. I work most of the day and this place is just too big and a bit too expensive for me at the moment. I am looking for a clean non smoking roommate with proof of employment and steady income. Preferably a nurse or a student or someone in the process of relocating to Miami and needs a temporary place to live. Price is $1400 mo for the room with $600 deposit or $3700 for the full apartment with 1m0 deposit.
