Private Room, New Construction home

Hello, I have one female tenant already and looking to rent out the other room if anyone is interested. This is a new construction home and I just moved in on Jun 24, 2026. The monthly rent is a flat, fixed rate which includes all utilities. The room itself is clean and spacious measuring 9 1/2 by 12 feet. Nobody has lived in that room previously! It has a decent sized window if you want to open the blinds for sunlight. Only a few house rules. This is a townhome in a new neighborhood of Cane Bay Summerville area about 7 minutes away from where they will be building the brand new MUSC campus and 10 minutes away from Nexton square and the new hospital built in Summerville. So this space is ideal for nurses, students, and other working professionals. The room is currently not furnished though and you will share a bathroom with one other person.
