Nearby are places of interest such as City Lake Park, The Mendenhall Plantation, Furniture Land South (with a Starbucks inside), The Deck (live music venue), Potent Potables (wine, beer, and acoustic music venue), Southern Roots (low country cuisine), Food Lion, nail salon and more all within 1- 1.5 mile from my home. MONTHLY = $800 and minimum 3 month lease required. Deposit $800 required. I am a mature high school Spanish teacher with an empty nest and have lived in the community for over 20 years. I rarely drink, do not smoke, and live a quiet and peaceful life. Recently, my brother, a long haul truck driver, has moved into one of the four bedrooms to consolidate cost.
