Looking for a clean respectful area

Hi, my name’s Jarrod, I’m a 29 year old college student attending Cerritos college, currently working on my certificates for a Welding career. I’m also employed at an Aerospace company assembling parts. A little bit about me personally, I like to go to the gym, play video games, read, draw, and go hiking from time to time. I’m not a party person, I like to keep things mellow, but with a busy schedule. I enjoy going to museums, cafe’s, exhibits, definitely not a club going person. I tend to keep to myself, despite my looks I’m usually a shy quiet person, I like to keep my area with some peace. I’m someone who likes to keep a busy schedule, work in the mornings with an overtime schedule, gym 4/5 days a week right after, attending to my hobbies, spending time with friends and family, school starting this fall 2 days out of the week. I also keep things of mine minimal, so I’m really not the type to take up a lot of space either. I’m more than fine with pets, I love cats and dogs, and other kinds of pets (even though I’ve only been around those 2). I do like to play music when I’m attending my hobbies, but I keep it at a minimum and not late at night. If you’re wondering why I’m looking for a room, I’m trying to start my life fresh. I’ve been living with my partner, but I’d like to focus on myself, growth, and independence more, until I’m done with school (which is 2 years, or less, depends on class schedules). I have a clean record, I don’t like problems, and I have respect towards people, their lifestyles, and boundaries. Before going on, I am transgender (he/him), which I’d like to disclose beforehand, since I know some renters do have preferences.
