Hi, I go by Nikki. Really just keep to ourselves and promise to be no issue at all. Clean, quiet, and drama-free tenant — don't drink, smoke, or party. I am in my late 20s and work full-time in behavioral health, so stay busy and maintain a stable, predictable routine. Also have a small dachshund mix named Pongo. He is fully potty-trained, incredibly friendly, well-behaved, and great with other animals.
