The unit is one of the larger bedrooms of the 4bd 4 bath rent with utilities is 940 a month additionally I have a parking spot in the covered garage which can be kept or let go the spot is an additional 125 per month. The apartment has tons of amenities and gives out food and drinks on some morning for students the walk to campus is only a shot distance under the bridge and you’re basically there.
