Looking for one more roommate to share 3-2 bedroom house in North encanto area across from the golf course. Rent is 700 per month plus Utilities split three ways. Kitchen has two refrigerators and one parking spot available. Please be clean, respectful, have a rental history and work history or proof of income. Must also participate in upkeeping common areas in the house living room, dining room, kitchen and your bathroom.
