Cozy room. Shared bathroom. Access to kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. And Internet. Utilities are included in the rent. I am a very clean, quiet, respectful person. I am looking for someone who is also the same. No smoking or drinking no drugs.. no traffic in and out. I have a cat no other pets, please.
