👋 About us: We are a friendly Brazilian family of 3 cousins looking for someone to temporary share our home! We love a good chat, but we are very organized and strictly respect shared spaces—so if you are the type who doesn't like leaving dirty dishes sitting in the kitchen, you’ll fit right in with us! ⚠️ ATTENTION: Available ONLY for these specific dates (Short Term): from June 13th to July 7th ⚠️ 💰 PRICES:
🔸Single Rent: $330/week
🔸Couple Rent: $350/week
(All bills included: electricity, water, gas, and internet)
🔸Bond: 1 week (Single: $330 / Couple: $350) 📍 LOCATION:
Located on Unwins Bridge Road.

🔸2 large refrigerators (guaranteeing enough space for everyone).

🔸Super spacious and fully furnished: Comfortable double bed and a TV stand with a TV included.
🔸Excellent storage: Huge built-in wardrobe (with floor-to-ceiling mirror doors), black organizer shelves, and a shoe rack.
