The household is low-drama, clean, and respectful, and I’m ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is employed full-time, responsible, considerate, and without children. This would be a great fit for someone with a steady routine who appreciates a calm and comfortable home environment.
Utilities including PG&E, water, and garbage are split between housemates.
