You would be sharing the unit and bathroom with a male roommate. Cost:
The total rent for the unit is $3063 per month, and $1530 for the unit up for rent. Lease situation:
My roommate and I have been at the unit for over a year now and the lease has now moved to a ‘Month-to-Month’ situation. I have spoken with the building owners, and you would not be required to put any downpayment Location:

In my unit that is up for rent, there is a large closet and west facing window. I am looking to sell the furniture in my unit for a reasonable agreed upon price. Furniture includes:
1. Bed frame (including mattress)
2. Bedside table
3. A large dresser
If you don’t want part of the furniture, or any furniture at all, I am open to that and can make arrangements to sell the furniture elsewhere.

Parking option: On the current lease, there is no parking spot. But if you have a car, that can be discussed with the building owners and you can sign up for one.
