Hi everyone, I just bought a condo in Naperville! It is two bedroom, one bath! It is fully furnished & I am looking for one roommate! It has a balcony that over looks a pond, a pool, a gym and a sauna! There is a in unit washer & dryer! The rent is $1,200/ month which includes heat, WIFI & electricity! It is right across the street from a forest preserve, 5 min drive to stores like target, restaurants & 10 min from Dt Naperville! I am looking for a roommate by July 1,2026! A little about me, I am 30 years old I like going out & hanging with friends! I also enjoy working out and going on adventures! If you feel we would be a good fit, please reach out!
