The apartment is clean, quiet, comfortable, and WFH-friendly with WiFi/high-speed internet, YouTube TV, cable, utilities included, secured parking, and laundry on the same floor. Great natural light and a relaxed atmosphere in a safe, highly walkable neighborhood with easy access to Santa Monica, Westwood, Sawtelle, and the 405.
