This is a room for rent, not the entire house, for $700 a month with 3/6 month lease. Home is located just minutes from TownCenter and Langley airbase in Hampton in a quiet neighborhood. House is fully furnished and kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook, besides food. The bedroom that is available is furnished with a dresser, bed and night stands. Intended for solo occupancy but couples will be considered on a case to case basis with an increased rent. I take care of most of the household cleaning, you would be responsible for your room and cleaning up after yourself in common areas. Rent does not include utilities and will be split evenly among tenants but does include household goods like pantry items, cleaning supplies, laundry needs and bathroom supplies. House is 420, guest (with limitations), pet (I have 3 dogs and a cat), and LGBTQ+ friendly. Room is available immediately. Pictures are a bit outdated but not much has changed since the last listing.
