Sublease for July with option to take over lease in August It’s a 3 bed 2 bath, shared bathroom with 1 woman Whole unit shared with 2 roommates, both 25 Room and apartment has lots of natural light, AC and a big balcony.
In building laundry, gym and rooftop
Looking for woman in her 20s too to fill the room. 10 minute walk from the 2/5 and 15 from the Q. Utilities range from $50-200 per month (more in the winter), and wifi is $25 per month. The room can come with a bed frame, a nightstand and 2 additional storage racks (in picture) for an additional $100 (total). looking to fill this ASAP! move-in JULY 1.
