About the home: Private bedroom Guest bathroom would be yours exclusively Utilities + WiFi included No other roommates (just me) Walking distance to downtown Fuquay Plenty of parking About me:I’m a 30-year-old working professional in tech and keep a pretty laid-back but clean household. I work full-time and am looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. Pets:I have two French bulldogs, so you must be comfortable around dogs. They’re a big part of my life. I’m not looking to add any additional pets to the home at this time. Bonus opportunity:I may be open to offering reduced rent for someone who has a flexible schedule and would be willing to help let the dogs out/check on them during the day while I’m at work. Not required, but definitely a plus. Open to either male or female roommates.
