Hello! I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate. I work in a hospital and also attend college, so I value a quiet and peaceful home environment.
The apartment rent is $2600 total, so it would be $1300 each. Utilities can be split evenly as well. I’m looking for someone who is clean, pays rent on time, and does not use drugs or abuse alcohol.
