2 rooms in Grant Park!!

Beautiful house located walking distance to Grant Park/Atlanta Zoo, the beltline and a few other cool sites. Huge patio and nice private backyard, nice kitchen w/ gas stove, big fridge and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. You would get 2 rooms to use to yourself and your own bathroom, I will occupy the master bedroom. My friend that was suppose to move in with me had to back out last minute due to a family emergency so looking for a new roomie!! Would like to lock someone in by August 15th to give the landlord time to run everything(background check and credit check, credit check is just to make sure theres nothing glaring on the report, actual score doesnt matter).
